new construction,
infused with style

When you think of “new construction,” you may imagine a home that feels sterile, plain, cookie-cutter or simple. In fact, new construction can be as detailed and personal as the people who plan to make it home.

What makes the difference between a new build that blends in and one that stands out? It boils down to the details:

  • Color palette + textures

  • Light fixtures

  • Tiles + flooring

  • We specialize in architecture and interior design, but that doesn’t mean we don’t roll up our sleeves and tackle all of our clients’ design problems.

With this project, we also assisted our clients with professional organization for all of the closets and the kitchen. From an art studio craft closet to customized built-ins and furniture, we use design to solve and streamline daily challenges.

  • Architecture: We worked on the architectural drawings for this new construction home to meet the specific needs and concerns of our clients.

Complete room design: We designed the kitchen, pantry, mudroom, 5 bathrooms, a wet bar, stairway, art studio, home office and other rooms.

Finishings + fixtures: We selected all tiles, flooring, wall colors, finishes, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, window treatments and more.

Interior design: We sourced all furniture and décor with new textures, materials and concepts for the clients. We also worked with the homeowners to design furniture and decorate rooms.

Curated art: We assisted with art selection.

Organization: We provided professional organization services for all closets and the kitchen
